Order Fulfillment Time:

Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process, fulfil, and send an order confirmation of shipment :)

Shipping Time:

Please note that shipping time varies depending on the customer's country and location. The estimated shipping time is calculated at checkout, and the following is the average shipping times for each country:

Canada: Expedited Parcel: 1-7 business days

USA: Tracked Packet USA: 6-8 business days

Australia: Tracked Packet International: 7-16 business days

United Kingdom: Tracked Packet International: 7-10 business days 

Rest of World: 

For our international customers outside of Canada, please keep in mind that duties can apply, depending on the country in which you are domiciled. (not all countries charge duties to their residents as they have solid de minimis exemptions in place.)

(if the shipping of your order is taking longer than stated in this shipping policy, do not worry. Sometimes there are delays in customs, and all rookinis packages are shipped with order tracking. if you are experiencing longer than normal shipping times based on our shipping policy, please email: support@rookinis.com We will be able to track the status of your package.)

Customer Addresses:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address provided with their order is correct. Delivery issues resulting from incorrectly input addresses, will be at a cost to the customer, such as not receiving their package. So, triple check, to make sure that the address you are providing with your order is the correct address. We cannot be helf liable for any costs associated with incorrectly input addresses. 

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Please be aware that international shipments outside of canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the customer's destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and costs vary depending on the country’s regulations. Please note that not all countries agressively collect duties as many small shipments are duty exempt under the deminimis exemption. However, we still reccomend that customers familiarize themselves with their country's importing rules and regulations.
