Order Fulfilment Time:

For New Collection/Restocked Products:

Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process, fulfil, and send an order confirmation of shipment.

For Handmade By Jayde Products (Currently Unavailable):

Please allow 1-10 business days for us to process, fulfill, and send an order confirmation of shipment, for our handmade orders (currently unavailable.) 

Shipping Time:

The length of shipping time depends on the customers' location and country of origin. The shipping time is calculated after an order is fulfilled, and given to the shipping carrier. (Fulfillment time is not included in the shipping time).

Here are the following general shipping times for the most basic shipping methods per country. (other shipping methods that the customer selects, will be faster.)  

Canada:

Expedited Parcel: 1-7 business days

USA:

Tracked Packet USA: 3-10 business days

Australia:

Tracked Packet International: 7-17 business days

United Kingdom:

Tracked Packet International: 7-10 business days 

Rest of World: 

Shipping times may vary depending on location, this can be calculated at checkout

For our international customers outside of Canada, please keep in mind that duties can apply, depending on the country in which you are domiciled. (not all countries charge duties to their residents as they have solid de minimis exemptions in place.)

(if the shipping of your order is taking longer than stated in this shipping policy, do not worry. Sometimes there are delays in customs, and all rookinis packages are shipped with order tracking. if you are experiencing longer than normal shipping times based on our shipping policy, please email: support@rookinis.com We will be able to track the status of your package.)

Customer Addresses:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address provided with their order is correct. Delivery issues resulting from incorrectly input addresses, will be at a cost to the customer, such as not receiving their package. So, triple check, to make sure that the address you are providing with your order is the correct address. We cannot absorb any costs associated with incorrectly input addresses. 

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on your country’s regulations. We recommend that buyers familiarize themselves with their country’s import policies before purchasing.

If you are charged customs fees that you do not wish to pay, you have the option to refuse the package upon delivery and have it returned to us. Once we receive the returned package from the shipping carrier, we will process a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping costs, as well as the cost we incurred for the return of the package, as shipping expenses are non-refundable. Online transaction (payment processing) fees will also be deducted from the refund.

Please note that the return process may take some time due to international shipping and customs procedures.
