RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Return/Refund/Exchange Policy:
Rookinis offers exchanges and returns on all bikini tops within 14 days of delivery. Bikini bottoms are non refundable for sanitary reasons. All return shipments and labels must be fulfilled from the customer's end. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this may create for our customers.
Costs that customers incur for shipping the product back to us, will not be covered in your refund. Customers have the freedom to choose a courier that suits their shipping budget.
Shipping costs and transaction costs will be deducted from the refund. This means that the shipping and transaction costs we and the shipping courier incurred from fulfilling and shipping your order, will be deducted from the original amount you paid.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or failed delivery of return packages. These issues fall in the responsibility of the shipping courier you selected for your return/exchange.
If you would like to return your bikini top/s, please send an inquiry to support@rookinis.com. We will be able to provide you with an address for your return. (If you mistakenly incorrectly input our address when creating your shipping label, please know that we cannot be liable for the associated shipping and delivery issues.
Conditions For Returns And Exchanges:
All products must be returned in the same condition they were sent in. This includes the same shipping bag you received your order in, no stains, dirt, rips, or signs of wear, and hang tags must be attached to the garment. If we receive your package and it is not consistent with any of the above, it will be shipped back at the customers expense.
